MPTSS is a maritime technology consultancy. We deliver maritime engineering, maritime capability management, maritime cyber security implementation, safety engineering and consultancy—supporting MOD delivery teams, prime contractors and maritime operators from concept through to in-service support.

Our engagements are aligned with the MOD’s CADMID/CADMID+T acquisition lifecycle, Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) governance, the MOD Architecture Framework (MODAF), Defence Standard 00-056 (system safety), Defence Standard 05-138 and the Cyber Security Model v4 (CSMv4), JSP 454 and Defence Standard 00-970.

We work with MOD delivery teams, defence primes and their supply chains, and maritime operators—on programmes spanning platform engineering, capability planning, cyber assurance and safety case development.

It depends on scope. Advisory reviews and gap analyses often run for a few weeks; capability management, cyber implementation and safety case programmes can run for the length of a CADMID phase or longer.

Yes. We work under NDA as standard and can operate at the security classification your programme requires, including handling of sensitive defence material.

Our standards base is UK MOD, but the underlying engineering, capability and cyber methods travel well—we support international maritime and defence clients on the same basis.
