MPTSS Ltd (“MPTSS”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we store the name, email address, message and (if selected) the service you asked about, so we can reply to your enquiry.
- Cookie preference. A single cookie (
mptss_consent) records whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so we do not ask again. See our cookie settings for full detail. - Server logs. Our hosting stack logs standard technical information (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and diagnostics, in line with normal web server operation.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this site at present.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Where UK GDPR applies, we process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you have initiated) and, where an engagement proceeds, in preparation for a contract.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are deleted or anonymised thereafter unless we are required to keep them longer for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing Matt.philipson@mptss.com. We will respond within one month.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do not ask for information beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
